Website Redesign, Local SEO & Ongoing Growth

Company: Rowe Granite Marble & QuartzIndustry: Quartz, Marble & Granite WorktopsCategory: Web Development | SEO

Project Overview

Rowe Granite supply quartz and granite worktops across multiple UK regions. When we first began working together, the objective was clear: redesign the website and build targeted local landing pages capable of ranking for high-intent search terms such as "Quartz Worktops Manchester."

This was not simply about refreshing the design, it was about creating a commercially structured WordPress website built to compete in location-based search.

We continue to work with Rowe Granite today. Their current website, now six years old, has supported consistent growth, and as of February 2026, we are finalising a fully bespoke Figma redesign with a planned launch in Q4 2026.

This has been, and continues to be, a long-term partnership.

The Challenge

When we first engaged with Rowe Granite, their existing website faced several limitations:

  • An outdated design that didn't reflect the quality of their showroom offering
  • Limited search visibility for high-intent geographic terms
  • No structured landing pages targeting key service areas
  • A lack of depth in showcasing different worktop materials and finishes
  • A platform that lacked flexibility for expansion

The business needed a WordPress solution capable of clearly showcasing their quartz and granite ranges while also supporting geographically targeted SEO growth.

The challenge was twofold: improve brand perception and improve rankings.

Our Approach

We approached the project as an SEO-led WordPress rebuild with local search visibility at its core.

Our focus was on:

  • Building structured landing pages targeting high-intent geographic search terms
  • Creating dedicated material and product pages to improve relevance
  • Strengthening internal linking between location, product and service pages
  • Structuring the site to scale into additional regions over time

Rather than relying on a single generic "worktops" page, we created individual landing pages aligned with how customers search, for example, combining product type with location intent.

Internal linking played a key role in strengthening topical authority across quartz, granite and regional terms.

The Solution

We developed a scalable WordPress website designed around both product clarity and local SEO performance.

The build included:

  • Dedicated landing pages targeting high-intent geographic terms
  • Clearly structured product pages for different worktop materials
  • SEO-optimised metadata and page hierarchy
  • Strategic internal linking architecture
  • A detailed on-site quoting form allowing customers to upload kitchen plans

The quoting form was designed to encourage serious enquiries, allowing customers to provide accurate measurements and attach plans, improving lead quality and reducing unnecessary back-and-forth.

The site balanced showroom presentation with conversion intent.

The Outcome

The website has delivered increased search visibility across targeted geographic areas and contributed to a consistent flow of enquiries.

Rowe Granite now benefits from:

  • Improved rankings for location-based worktop searches
  • Clearer product presentation
  • Higher-quality quoting enquiries
  • A scalable SEO structure supporting continued expansion

Importantly, this has evolved into an ongoing partnership.

As of February 2026, we are finalising a fully bespoke Figma redesign that will take the website to the next level, with a planned launch in Q4 2026, ensuring the platform continues to reflect the growth and maturity of the business.

This is not a one-off project. It is a long-term collaboration built around sustained growth.
